- Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - All clients will receive two reminder text messages prior to appointment date. A confirmation text is sent 72 hours before appointment, please click the link and confirm your appointment. - If you fail to give 48 hour notice of cancellation, a $50 deposit will be requested in order to schedule a new appointment. Deposits are not refundable. - You are welcome to contact me more than 48 hours in advance to reschedule. One reschedule will be allowed per appointment. The second reschedule will require a $50 deposit. - If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or your service may have to be modified in order to not affect the next clients appointment time. - No shows will not be rescheduled. - Due to our building being connected to 3 other offices, Parlor 209 is child-free.
